The main purpose of Entrepreneurship Day was to acknowledge and value business operators and business lifestyle, raise awareness of the role of business in the development of the city, introduce support measures regarding founding and developing small businesses, and to encourage the city people to engage in business.

The workshop hosted by the Association of Estonian Supervision and Coaching was conducted by Kaidi Peets and Aino Kuntsel and it handled the 4-role-method by Roger von Oech.
